To empower and motivate young women aged 12-21 years old; by means of promoting and encouraging individuality; through challenging the limitations of their mind-sets, in order to reach their full potential in life.

The culture of today's society is vastly changing, and with this comes many challenging issues for girls and young millennial women. With the pressures of social media, higher educational fees, and unemployment, our young women are being socially and economically squeezed. We believe the old motto of "give someone a fish, and you feed them for the day; show them how to catch fish, and you feed them for a lifetime." YGT aims to help young women create the tools they need to deal with the challenges life brings and to help them onto the path of success.

How we do it

Our technique is geared to awaken the giant within.

We believe in showing young women that the possibilities are endless; we run career talks lead by successful industry women from various backgrounds, where they share their experiences and knowledge to equip the next generation.

We offer career coaching, this covers CV writing, support with application forms and aid with finding work experience/ placements. In conjunction with 1:1 mentoring through our Big Sister Little Sister mentoring programme.

We run workshops that deal with self-esteem, anxiety, body image, life pressures, and adolescence incorporated with drama exercises.

Our entrepreneurial and leadership sessions, teach young women to think outside the box and see the opportunities that are available, and come up with business ideas that can lead to self-employment.
